About You

We are looking for a very talented, experienced Sales Controller/Business Manager with an enviable and proven track record of sales and performance within the motor industry. The ideal candidate will be committed to achieving excellence. You will be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing sales performance, profitability, and operating efficiency. You must have strong leadership and people management skills as your primary focus as part of our leadership team is to lead the sales team to deliver their business objectives. You will be able to demonstrate that you share our company values, possess and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.


Duties and responsibilities:

You will be taking a hands-on role in the running of the business.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

•    Growing our team 

•    Leading the day-to-day running of our sales team

•    Ensuring the high standards of showroom and sales pitch

•    Training of sales staff 

•    Continuing our high standards of customer care satisfaction

•    Working closely with the General Manager and Sales Team

•    Maximising profitable sales of finance and insurance products

•    Manage our sales team 


Salary

•    Uncapped and realistic OTE £65,000


Desired skills and our expectations:

•    Minimum 2 years’ experience within the car industry, including selling car finance and insurance products

•    Preferable FCA-approved, however if not, this can be approved by us

•    Applicants must be self-motivating, hard-working, dynamic and determined

•    Must be experienced but still willing to learn

•    Must be a sales expert and a strong, experienced leader who has the drive and determination to succeed

•    Must be 100% committed to the company and willing to go the extra miles always

•    Must possess first class interpersonal skills, combined with a credible leadership style

•    Must have the ability to implement and control process change

•    Must be capable of building relationships at all levels with team members and customers

•    Must have an eye for detail and meticulous standards

•    Must have high-class relationship building skills
