- Can you source cars?
Yes. We have a specialist team of buyers who work daily to find cars our customers love. If you can’t see the exact model you want in our current stock, call your local HPL Motors dealership and speak to a sales advisor - we’ll do our best to source it for you.
- Do you offer part-exchange?
Yes, we offer competitive part-exchange valuations. You can get an instant valuation online or visit one of our dealerships for a full appraisal by our team.

- Are your cars quality checked?
Yes. Every vehicle goes through a full 128-point inspection before it reaches our showroom. All cars are motor checked, thoroughly prepared to a high standard - never on a budget. Only vehicles that meet our strict quality requirements are approved for sale.
- Do you offer finance?
We work with a wide panel of trusted lenders to offer flexible finance options, including HP and PCP. Our team can explain the options and help you choose what works best for your budget.
- Do your cars come with a warranty?
Yes. Every car comes with a standard 28-day warranty as part of our commitment to customer peace of mind. For added protection, you can extend your warranty for up to 3 years.

- Do you sell electric and hybrid cars?
Yes - we stock a wide range of electric, hybrid, and low-emission vehicles. If you’re not sure which type is right for you, our team is here to guide you through the options.

- What documents do I need to bring?
If you’re buying a car, please bring your driving licence, and any paperwork for your part-exchange (if applicable). Your advisor will let you know if anything else is needed.
- Can I reserve a car online?
Yes. You can reserve any car online with a refundable £149 deposit, which secures the vehicle for 48 hours. This gives you time to visit us in person and make sure the car is right for you.
- Do you take credit card or cash?
We do not accept cash. We can take up to £500 on a credit card for the initial deposit only.
Any outstanding balance must be paid by bank transfer, and our team will provide the bank details when needed.
- Do you offer discounts?
All our vehicles are priced to sell. Our pricing team checks the market daily to ensure our prices remain competitive.
We also invest heavily in preparing every vehicle to the highest standard - never on a budget.
- Every car goes through a 128-point inspection
- Tyres under 3mm are replaced free of charge
- Cars with under 6 months MOT or warranty receive a fresh MOT and service, free of charge
This ensures every car meets our strict quality standards.
- What if the car I like is at a different site?
No problem - we can move vehicles between our sites for you. Simply speak to a sales advisor, and they’ll arrange the transfer to your preferred HPL Motors dealership.
