36-Month Extended Warranty
For long-term protection for vehicles up to 10 years old, take advantage of our 36-month extended warranty plan, which offers the following:

How to Make a Warranty Claim
Step 1: Contact Us First
Before arranging any repairs, contact our warranty department to discuss the problem and get authorisation for the work. Bear in mind that claim limits are £4,000 per claim, with unlimited claims up to the price of the vehicle.
Step 2: Initial Assessment
Our team will discuss the problem(s) with you and may ask you to bring the vehicle in for inspection or recommend a locally approved repairer.
Step 3: Claim Authorisation
Once we've confirmed the issue is warranty-related, we'll authorise the repair and provide you with a claim reference number.
Step 4: Repair Completion
The approved repairer will complete the work using quality parts, and you'll be kept informed throughout the process.
Step 5: Claim Closure
We'll follow up to ensure you're satisfied with the repair and close the claim. All work comes with its own guarantee, which we’ll explain in more detail.
