At the end of your PCP agreement, there are 3 options available to you. These are 1. Pay the finance company the final payment and keep the car. 2. Give back the car under the terms of the guaranteed future value. 3. Part exchange the car at a dealership who will pay off the final payment for you. Returning the vehicle is subject to condition and mileage.

Used Cupra FAQs
Is Cupra a good car brand?
Cupra has made an outstanding impression since launching as a standalone brand in 2018. Cars like the Formentor and Born have received strong critical acclaim for their design, performance and technology, and the brand has built a loyal following of drivers who want something more expressive than the mainstream. Backed by Volkswagen Group engineering, Cupra offers an exciting combination of quality foundations and genuine sporting character.
Who owns Cupra?
Cupra is owned by SEAT S.A., which is itself part of the Volkswagen Group. Originally launched as SEAT's performance sub-brand in 1996, Cupra was established as a fully independent brand in 2018 with its own model range, design identity and marketing direction. Despite the separation, Cupra continues to benefit from SEAT and VW Group engineering, platforms and manufacturing infrastructure.
Is Cupra part of SEAT?
Cupra originated as SEAT's performance division but has operated as a fully standalone brand since 2018. Whilst the two brands share ownership under the VW Group umbrella and collaborate on engineering, Cupra now develops its own distinct models with unique styling that sets it clearly apart from SEAT. The Cupra Formentor, for example, is a model exclusive to the Cupra brand with no direct SEAT equivalent.
Are Cupra cars reliable?
Cupra benefits from Volkswagen Group engineering and manufacturing standards, which provides a strong foundation for reliability. As a relatively young brand, the long-term reliability data is still developing, but early owner feedback has been broadly positive. Cupra models share platforms and components with well-proven VW Group cars, which is reassuring from a parts availability and servicing perspective. All used Cupras at HPL Motors are inspected before sale, and we offer a used car warranty for peace of mind.
