Do scratches affect my car’s trade-in value?

Minor scratches and everyday wear don't dramatically impact valuations - we expect cars to show normal signs of use. However, significant damage, deep scratches, or dents that affect the car's appearance will influence the price we can offer. 

The good news is we're experienced in assessing fair values for vehicles in all conditions. During our inspection, we'll point out any cosmetic issues and explain how they affect the valuation, so there are no surprises.
